ORDER

Learned Special Government Pleader submitted on instruction that the petitioner has to produce building approval plan to enable the authorities to process the paper. He submitted that this has to be done not by the 5th respondent since the 5th respondent is the licensing authority, and issues licence only when all the requirements are fully complied with for renewal of license for nursery cum primary school.

2.The petitioner is now directed to comply with the requirements, whereupon the 5th respondent is required to dispose the petitioner's application / representation dated 15.09.2021 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of copy of this order.
