(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 02.08.2019 passed by the first respondent, Housing and Urban Development Department. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.20688 of 2019 is also dismissed.
