The revision petitioner, who is the tenant, has preferred this present revision petition against the decree and judgment of the learned VIII Judge, Court of Small Causes at Madras, in R.C.A.No.696 of 2002 dated 15.09.2012 reversing the judgment and decree dated 05.07.2002 in R.C.O.P. No.2140 of 1993, on the file of XII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit stating that the revision petitioner/tenant has agreed to vacate the premises within 18 months i.e., on or before 21.12.2019.
