Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is allowed.

2. The petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service on 1st and 2nd respondents by paper publication. The paper publication shall be published on or before 29.06.2026 for the hearing on 13.07.2026 in a Tamil daily "Makkal Kural" having circulation at Kallakurichi District.

3. List the matter on 13.07.2026.
