This petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge at Ranipet to dispose of the suit in O.S. No. 253 /2020 the trial to be taken by day to day basis and fixed the stipulated time of period to be disposed.

2. Pursuant to my order dated 17.06.2025, the learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet, has forwarded a report to the Registry of this Court in D.No.556/2025, dated 27.06.2025 requesting two months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.253 of 2020.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the said report of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet, the present Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.253 of 2020 on or before 05.09.2025. No costs.
