ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the civil revision petition is arising out of the order passed by the family court, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking medical test. He further submitted that the main OP itself was already withdrawn by the petitioner and thereafter, on petition filed by both the parties, decree for divorce, on mutual consent, was granted.

2. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
