Respondent Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act 1960 as Amended by Act XXIII of 1973 and Act 1 of 1980 praying to set aside the judgment and decree dated 10.10.2012 made in R.C.A.No.722 of 2007 passed by VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, partially confirmed the judgment and decree dated 10.09.2007 made in RCOP No.1051/2006 on the file of the XIV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai and allow the above C.R.P. ORDER

The learned counsel on both sides are present today.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and has forwarded a letter dated 25.02.2016 to the Registry, requesting to withdraw the said revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle as follows :

" I am withdrawing the C.R.P.(NPD) No.4504 of 2012."

3. The learned counsel for the respondent also has no objection in withdrawing the said revision petition and has made the following endorsement :

" The petitioner/tenant handed over the vacant possession. Hence respondent have no objection to withdraw the revision petition."

4. In view of the endorsements made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.02.2016 ds Note : Issue order copy today To 1.The VII Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
