This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.170 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police investigated the case and counter in Crime No.170 of 2022 and Crime No.171 of 2022 and the investigation is completed and the draft final report is also ready. The learned counsel submitted that the same will be filed before the concerned Court shortly.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
