ORDER
To declare the age limit fixed by the 1st and 2nd respondents for the enrolment of 3 year Bachelor of Law Course as illegal and for subsequent relief, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Since the relief sought for by the petitioner being related to academic year 2009-2010, the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
