This application has been filed by the applicant to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to record the cross-examination of PW1 at the residence of 1st Applicant in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.

5. Mr.A.Ramesh, Advocate, Enrolment No.1831/2019, L.C.No.461, 4th floor, New Additional Law Chambers, Chennai -104 (Cell No..9841847641) is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner to record the cross-examination of PW1 at the residence of 1st Applicant in the above suit. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs..15,000./- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) and the same shall be paid by both the parties according to their respective shares directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall file his report on or https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis before 10.08.2023.
