(CR.NO.255/2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition which imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.14950 of 2021 dated 23.08.2021 in respect of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am every day and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.KULANTHAIVEL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 23.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail and the charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.08.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and before the trial court on each and every hearing date until further orders.
