The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondents police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 85, 115, 351 read with Sections 3(5) of BNS Act, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.22 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to matrimonial dispute false complaint has been given by the defacto complainant as if he along with his family members committed cruelty against her. He further submitted that Inter State Anticipatory Bail may be granted to the petitioner to enable them to move the appropriate jurisdictional Court in Andhra Pradesh, for necessary relief.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of six weeks from today to enable him to move the concerned Court.
4. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners for a period of six weeks, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioners shall approach the competent Court in Andhra Pradesh and seek appropriate relief.
