Dated 12.11.2009 and the consequential Order of Attachment immovable properties vide Execution petition No.153/2009-2010 in Case No.Na.Ka.6241/2003 Sa.pa.dated 27.11.2009 issued by the 3rd respondent, till the disposal of the petitioner's condone delay petition and stay petition, as per C.F.R.No.15313 of 2009 and 15314 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Judge and Cooperative Tribunal at Erode.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the Writ Petition has already became infructuous and he had also made an endorsement to that effect.
