ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 18.07.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) ( C) , 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.4616 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were is possession of Ganja in 25 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that it is not a commercial quantity. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in jail from 18.07.2020. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 25 Kgs of Ganja. He further submits that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and quantity involved in this case is of commercial quantity and there is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

one previous case pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
