No.186 of 2023 and to quash the order dated 25.09.2024 and consequently allow the approval petition filed by the petitioner management in A.P. No.186 of 2023.

... Respondents This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Petitioner and the respondent are present. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.A. Vinothraj and Mr. M. Rajendran, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the 1st respondent are present and the 2nd respondent K. Sendrayan, appeared as party-in-person. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Today, the petitioner Management and the 2nd respondent are present. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent is also present. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The petitioner
also agreed to reinstate the 2nd respondent namely K. Sendrayan as 'Daily Paid Conductor', Emp. No.C58223, Anna Nagar Depot without continuity of service and without backwages for the non-employment period from the date of removal till the date of reintatement i.e, from 31.10.2023 to till the date of reinstatement as per the Approval Petition Award in A.P. No.186 of 2023 dated 25.09.2024. The 2nd respondent / workman also agreed for the above said settlement.
2. In view of the above said compromise, the award is passed. The copy of the Board Resolution shall form as part and parcel of this Award. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
