Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the bail condition imposed by the Learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.90 of 2019 dated 18.02.2019 which requires him to report before the Respondent Police on last Sunday of every month till filing of the charge sheet and further direct the petitioner herein to report before the Respondent Police as and when required.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner.
2.The petitioner was arrested by the respondent police and remanded to judicial custody on 20.01.2019. The petitioner filed a bail petition before the Court below. The Court below after considering the entire facts and circumstances, granted bail to the petitioner by imposing certain conditions. One of the conditions imposed by the Court below is as follows:- "b. The Petitioner shall appear before the respondent P.S every day at 10.00 A.M for a period of 20 days afterward he shall sign for last Sunday of every month at 5.00 PM till filing final report."
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has reported before the respondent police daily at 10.00 AM for a period of 20 days. The petitioner has also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
been appearing before the respondent police on the last Sunday of every month for the last four months. The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the respondent police is not completing the investigation and the petitioner is repeatedly appearing before the respondent police. Therefore this petition has been filed seeking for modification of the conditions.
4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police. 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by the Court below is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required during the course of investigation.
6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
