ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the Inspector of Police, Ramanatham Police Station, Cuddalore District instead of

the Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram Police Station, Cuddalore District in Crl.OP.No.12590 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of typing Ramanatham Police Station, it has been inadvertently mentioned as Ramanathapuram Police Station in the Petition. Hence, he prayed for amendment and for issue of fresh order copy.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for the amendment.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order by replacing the word 'Ramanathapuram Police Station' with 'Ramanatham Police Station' in Crl.OP.No.12590 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026 and issue fresh order copy by incorporating the above said changes.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 16-06-2026 SHL Note: Issue Order Copy today on 16.06.2026
