All the four petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 25.06.2024 in Criminal O.P. No. 10510 of 2024. While granting anticipatory bail, this Court had imposed the condition that each of the four petitioners /accused should deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 645 of 2023 and the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Cuddalore, should hand it over to the Chief Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Cuddalore for treatment of the needy patience.
2. A representation is made that A2, A3 and A4 were finding it impossible to deposit the said amount.
3. Taking into consideration all factors, the condition imposed is modified only for A2, A3 and A4 that instead of Rs.
25,000/- they must deposit a sum of Rs.
10,000/- each. The condition imposed on A1 that he must deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- is maintained.
4. Fresh order copy to be issued. Time is extended for executing surities for further period of two weeks.
