2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10:30 A.M., until further orders, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
