ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2018 for issuance of patta for house plots bearing Nos.A-53 to A-113 to an extent of 73,512- 1⁄2 sq.ft comprised in New Survey No.149/2 in Hazarat Kamali Nagar situated at Thulukkanur Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District
2. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the plots bearing Nos.A-53 to A-113, having an extent of 73,5121⁄2 sq.ft comprised in New Survey No.149/2 in Hazarat Kamali Nagar situated at Thulukkanur Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the said plots were purchased under a Registered Sale Deed dated 27.06.2007, he made an application for issuance of patta on 04.01.2017 to the respondent. Although the said application was received by the second respondent, till date no order has been passed. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced a patta, issued in the name of the petitioner's vendor. Since the petitioner has produced the original sale deed dated 27.06.2007 showing that he has purchased the aforementioned property and the patta also stands in the name of the vendor, this Court finds no impediment to direct the respondent to consider the representation.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents would submit that the petitioner should make an application through on-line furnishing the following particulars: i) Details of the property acquired by the applicant ii) Nature of Conveyance document iii) Document No. & Date iv) Block No. & T.S.No. or R.S.No.
