Alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.07.2023, made in W.P.No.37078 of 2016, this Contempt Petition has

been filed.

2.This Court, by order dated 12.07.2023, made in W.P.No.37078 of 2016, has disposed of the writ petition directing the respondent to reinstate the petitioner as per the order of the Appellate Authority/Shops and Establishment Act and Deputy Labour Commissioner, Coimbatore. The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court. However, since the nature of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition is only to enforce the order of the Appellate Authority, a Contempt Petition will not lie before this Court. 3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate Execution Petition before the Appellate Authority to enforce the order of the Appellate Authority. 16.08.2024 mkn
