the transfer order in AAI/SR/2, 2(7)EA/R and P dated 3.6.2025 passed by the 2 nd respondent, quash the same in so far as the petitioner alone is concerned (under Sl.No.12, Column C thereof) and consequently direct the respondents herein to retain the petitioner at Chennai Airport.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the transfer order in AAI/SR/2, 2(7)EA/R and P dated 03.6.2025 passed by the nd respondent quash the same in so far as the petitioner alone is concerned (under Sl.No.12, Column C thereof)and consequently direct the respondents herein to retain the petitioner at Chennai Airport.
2. Heard Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ramasamy Meiyyappan, learned counsel for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is proposed to be transferred from Chennai Airport in contravention to the transfer policy dated 18.07.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if any dependent of the employee has got Benchmark disability, then according to the transfer policy, he may be exempted from the routine exercise and that such policy has not been adopted in the case of the petitioner. However, it is apparent that he has also given a representation dated 06.06.2025.
4. When the representation of the petitioner's representation is yet to be considered by the respondents, it is too premature for us to go into the disputed facts.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are also closed.
