This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the order dated 16.11.2022 in M.C.No.266/2021 on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
