2. Learned counsel for the seventh respondent submits that the seventh respondent died on 30.4.2021.

3. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the survey of the lands comprised in Survey Nos.81/2 and 81/4 would be conducted and depending upon the report of the survey, further steps would be undertaken.

4. In view of the said statement made by learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
