This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners to permit them to take substituted service to the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant by paper publication of "Makkal Kural" Tamil Daily in the Crl.O.P.No.5086 of 2025 as the private notice as well as the Court notice taken on the 2nd respondent as per the order of this Court dated 25.02.2025, were returned unserved as 'No such person'.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioners are directed to approach the Magistrate concerned where the case is pending and on their approach, the learned Magistrate concerned is directed to pass suitable orders.

3. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
