ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the order dated 22.04.2024 made in C.M.P. No.8684 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case has been investigated and an FIR has been registered on 08.08.2024 in Cr.No.506 of 2024 on the file of Annadanapatty P.S., Salem City, against five accused, under Sections 427, 457 and 380 IPC. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
