been made on the bundle in those terms. A confusion is created by the fact that an order has been passed on 30.04.2008 recording that the matters are depart-heard. But the learned counsel for parties state that the appeals were never listed on 30.04.2008 and there was no occasion for the same, as the appeals were already dismissed.

3. The appeals are thus treated as dismissed on 09.10.2006. No costs. Consequently, all connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
