ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] Alleging that the son of the petitioner, namely, Dinesh @ Dineshkumar, has been illegally detained by the 4th respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.
Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Dinesh @ Dineshkumar is involved in as many as 39 criminal cases. He https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
was legally arrested and judicially remanded. Now, he is lodged in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

In view of the above, in our considered view, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly dismissed.
