ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The earlier anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 16.05.2018. This petition is the second application seeking anticipatory bail. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner that now the investigation has been completed, hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. whereas, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that investigation is still pending and he strongly opposed this petition. Since, the petitioner is not able to show any change of circumstances, this petition is dismissed.
