This writ petition is filed for a direction, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to include the name of the petitioner in the Joint Patta No.2229 issue for the T.S.No 16/2A to an extent of 0.13 cents which was included by an order dated 26.04.2013 in Na.Ka.No.2043/6II/2012-13(D).

2. The petitioner submitted representation on 27.12.2023 seeking for including her name in the joint patta proceedings dated 26.04.2013, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
