Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The petition is filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent made an objection in condoning the delay.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, attached to this Court within a period of one week from today.

5. With the above direction, CMP No.76 of 2022 is ordered.

6. Post the matter on 13.02.2025.
