ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, Nilgiris District to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.2618 of 2016 and complete the same within a stipulated time. 2.
Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, Nilgiris District, to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.2618 of 2016 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
