ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has preferred a complaint dated 24.05.2023 alleging that the private respondents 4 to 9 have caused damaged to the channel band and the retention wall. He wants the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against them.

3.Mr.C.Kathiravan, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

4.This Court now directs the 1st respondent to consider the complaint / representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2023 and take appropriate action,

but within the framework of law, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
