ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30am until further orders in bail granted to the petitioner on 03.04.2025 in Crl.OP.No.9898 of 2025 on the file of this Court in crime No.122 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.9898 of 2025, dated 03.04.2025 in Crime No.122 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
