ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 405(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1624 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and the petitioner were auto drivers an there was an association for the auto drivers. It is alleged that the petitioner violated the rules of the said association, due to which there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and the petitioner said to have attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has 3 previous cases of similar nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has 3 previous cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
