ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders' imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10903 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the said condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10903 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 16-06-2026 MJS Note:
