This petition is filed to condone the delay of 800 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.C.Gauthamaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Selvi Rajesh, learned counsel for the first respondent, Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent and Mr.Aswin, learned counsel for the third respondent.

None appears for the fourth respondent, though being served.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 800 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
