ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the arrears of payment that is claimed by the petitioner for the period from 01.08.2010 to 10.08.2012.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was working in the Transport Corporation from the year 1983 on wards and he had put in 30 years of service and he retired from service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 31.05.2013. At the time of retirement, the petitioner was working as a Special Grade Conductor.

3. The petitioner claims that he was not paid the 3rd review benefits with effect from 01.08.2010 to 10.08.2012. Therefore, he made a representation to the respondent and the same was not considered and therefore the present writ petition has been filled before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Antony Arockiaraja, learned counsel for the respondents.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.06.2019 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent along with a copy of the representation dated 12.06.2019 and also a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
