approve the proposal for the pensionary and terminal benefits in respect of the petitioner as Telugu Secondary Grade Assistant, considering her past service from 27.07.1995 to 31.05.2003, for pension purposes as directed by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 02.04.2004 and reported in (2004) 2 LW 591.
