This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 775 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.No. of 2025 against the conviction and sentence imposed on 27.02.2023 in Spl.SC.no.9 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Court, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 775 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
