This Court vide order dated 19.01.2021 directed the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders within a period of eight weeks, however, till date the said order has not been complied with by the 1st respondent.

2. Hence, this Court issues direction that failing compliance of the order on or before 31.03.2022, the 1st respondent shall appear before this Court on 31.03.2022.

3. Post the matter under the same caption on 31.03.2022.
