O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.Op.No.16046 of 2020, order dated 14.10.2020 that the petitioners should stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore. Now, the case has been taken on file in PRC.No.31 of 2020 and he would further submit that in respect of the accused this Court has modified the condition.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is directed the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.16046 of 2020, to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore, for a period of three weeks at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Trial Judge.

4.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
