ORDER

Placing reliance upon the settlement said to have been executed by the mother in favour of the petitioners, a representation was made on 28.08.2015 seeking issuance of patta for the lands in Survey Nos.150/1-1.51 cent and 152 - 1.54 cent totally 3.05 cents at Kanthur Village Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. In the said representation, the petitioners have also stated that the patta shall not be given to the other persons. Seeking appropriate orders on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, the 4th respondent is directed to pass orders on the pending representation aforesaid, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.

3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
