ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10103 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.514 of 2025 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Chengalpattu that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until the disposal of the appeal.
2. The learned Counsel for the Government submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
3. In view of the above, condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10103 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.514 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in every three months until further orders.
