ORDER

The application in A.No.3189 of 2025 has been filed to pass an order dated 28.04.2023 and cancelling the same. The application in A.No.3188 of 2023 has been filed to pass an order directing the respondent to hand over to the petitioner the annexed list of documents being the identity and travel documents of the minor child Aarav.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the matter is already posted for recording of evidence before the learned Additional Master - III. Since these applications are unnecessary at this stage, these applications stands dismissed. No costs. 3.Post the matter in O.P.No.230 of 2023 before the learned Additional Master - III for recording of evidence and the learned Additional Master - III shall complete the evidence on or before 30.01.2026.
