ORDER

The petitioner is an allottee of the plot bearing No.427 having an extent of 61 sq.mts., on payment of a total cost of Rs.4,575/- under the Nehru Nagar Scheme-I, Velachery. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire cost of the plot has been paid and the proof thereof has been enclosed at pages 6 to 8 of the typedset of papers showing the receipt of Rs.4,031/- under receipt No.134540 dated 17.5.98, Rs.10/- under receipt No.134541 dated 17.5.98, Rs.225/- under Receipt No.134539 dated 17.5.98, Rs.92/- under receipt No.134547 dated 17.5.98, in addition to the initial payment of Rs.366/- under receipt No.82350 dated 25.3.91. response, a representation has been given on 29.6.2018 addressing the first respondent to issue the sale deed in respect of the plot in terms of the above said allotment order. But till date, no action has been taken. Therefore, he has been advised to come to this Court.

2. The learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on the basis of the above receipts for payment and other documents.

3. Recording her statement, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the pending representation of the petitioner for issuance of the sale deed in respect of the plot in question and do the needful within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, W.M.P.No.21946 of 2018 is closed. No costs.
