2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. Earlier, C.M.P.No.15672 of 2024 was allowed by this Court subject to the payment of cost of Rs.3,000/-.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.3,000/- to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 as per the order dated 26.09.2024 of this Court. To that effect, the petitioner has filed a memo, dated 17.10.2024 and the same is recorded. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
