ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction directing the 1st respondent, the Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai City, to take immediate and appropriate legal action against the 4th respondent for misconduct, violation of service rules, and breach of public duty in accordance with law based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025 and take strict disciplinary action within the time bound and thereby protect the petitioner's property rights, ensuring that no undue influence is exercised in favor of the 4th respondent.

2. Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that on receipt of the compliant of the petitioner, the third respondent conducted an enquiry and came to a conclusion that the entire allegations are civil in nature and that there is a landlord-tenant relationship between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Therefore, the third respondent closed the compliant.
