2. Two writ petitioners are spouses (husband and wife). They are joint owners of property and levy of property tax qua jointly owned property is the subject matter of captioned writ petition. The source of right is common. The prayer is common and rights sought to be enforced is also same. As all the ingredients for filing a single petition are satisfied, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
