O R D E R

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.122 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Principal Family Court at Coimbatore.

2. Pursuant to my order dated 09.09.2024, the learned Additional Principal Judge has sent a report on 20.09.2024. She informs that H.M.O.P.No.122 of 2018 was originally presented as H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Sivakasi and was re-numbered on a transfer passed by this Court on 01.11.2016. She adds that the respondent/wife has also initiated proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1669 of 2017 seeking for restitution of conjugal rights and also sought for maintenance in M.C.No.151 of 2016. She states that she is recently assuming charge of the Court and that she will take all efforts to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of two months.

3. Considering the report sent by the learned trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at 2/4

Coimbatore to dispose of H.M.O.P.Nos.122 of 2018, 1669 of 2017 and M.C.No.151 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
